He took time to listen to what issues we had had and then meticulously took the boiler apart, explaining what he had found as he went along. Pleasant and friendly, he also carried out a boiler service there and then and obtained a new part all within the space of a day. By 4pm that very same day, the heating was working again. The first good thing - he answered the phone...but from the outset was professional and personable, listened to the specifics of what we needed and was able to accommodate all within 24 hours of our initial conversation. I called Steve when my boiler stopped working. He was quick to respond and came when he said he would. He quickly repaired the fault and gave the boiler a full service. He was meticulous about everything he did and explained everything to me. Great service and a very good price. I will definitely use Steve again!

Steve came out on short notice to take a look at our faulty boiler in our new home. Steve gave great step by step fault analysis to me while diagnosing the issue. After quickly identifying the issue, he got the parts necessary and fixed the boiler right away. Great communication throughout! Will definitely go to Steve again!

Steve came out on a Sunday having rung only the day before to fix our boiler which suddenly stopped working. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Generous with his time and tips. Sorted a few radiators not working as well. Highly recommend and we will use him for all future needs.

Steve came out on short notice when our (very old) boiler stopped working. He quickly identified the problems and ordered in a new PCB, which he fitted in the same week. This meant our time without heat in the house was kept to a minimum. Despite having come out twice and ordering new parts, the price for the service was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area.

Steve serviced our boiler and replaced a very noisy pump along with some blocked pipework. We also had thermostatic radiator valves added to a couple of radiators. All the work was carried out to a very high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend Steve’s services.

We had no heating in the morning I called Steve and he was able to come round late afternoon to sort out the problem he was very professional and explained what he was doing and why. Very happy with the service provided and very competitive prices. Will definitely use again when the boiler needs servicing and any other jobs that come up

Fantastic service from Steve working on our Ensuite. Steve arrived on time, carried out the work in a clean and tidy manner and was very fairly priced. Would not hesitate to recommend and use again for our plumbing needs. 10/10.
My combi boiler broke down leaving me without heating or hot water. When British gas couldnt come out under my service contract for over 2 weeks i rang Steve. He came round that day, identified the failed component and ordered it. It arrived the following day and Steve came straight round and fitted it and got the boiler working. He talked me through the whole process so i understood. Excellent service.

Steve is a great plumber, he has fixed our toilets and some taps neatly. The charge was reasonable. We will keep him for our plumbing work.
Steve has done quite a bit of work now at my property and I can safely say that he is reliable trusted and achieves great results no matter how difficult the job. Better still his prices are reasonable!

1Time to get your Boiler serviced and Heating checked.
Don’t get caught out during the ‘Heating Season’ when you require your house to be warm.
The boiler pictured above I went to service in July but soon realised it had never been serviced and resulted in being deemed unsafe and isolated ready for a replacement.
Also don’t forget, an annual service is needed to validate the Warranty on the boiler/Air source pump.
Anyone with Unvented Hot water cylinders should have them serviced annually also.
We are qualified to service Air Source Heat Pumps too.
Boiler Service, includes Central Heating Check…(bleed radiators if needed, check radiator valves are working, check motorised valves work/check pump, general condition of system with a breakdown of any work needed)£120
